Perfect condo for our central Florida vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Richie's condo.
It was extremely clean
and provided all the comforts of home.

The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us.

The waterslides and splash pad at the complex are a huge bonus.

We had such a blast doing the slides over and over and playing in the splash pad area.

The location was perfect for us to access Disney, Universal, and LEGOLAND.

The condo was excellent in every aspect

This Condo was one of the best condos I've ever stayed in all my travels.

The living room furniture was brand new, the beds were so comfortable, rugs were clean.

Deck overlooking the pool was so nice.

All the appliances in the kitchen looked fairly new and the dishes and silverware and cooking pots and pans far more than we needed.
Washer and dryer was wonderful.

I can't say anything bad about the condo.
You will not be disappointed if you book with Richie.

Great communication with the owner, check in process is easy,
and Richie gives you plenty of information for checking in, checking out, stores Disney, shortcuts.

All around great experience.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfectly located with a close proximity to Disney
and other attractions in Orlando.
Close access to the resort pool was a huge benefit as well.
As for the condo, the unit was very clean with updated amenities.
Will definitely be staying at this condo again in the future.

Loved this Condo!

Rich the owner is on point with everything. Very detailed oriented.

Nothing was confusing at all from booking, how to check in, how to use things on property etc.

The condo was very clean and well kept.
We will definitely contact Richie again for a place to stay in Florida 🙂

Excellent condo for Disney!

This condo is just as great as it appears in the photos.

Clean, great location, great resort amenities,
and excellent communication with the condo owner
including a very thorough manual.

My kids loved the pool, water slides, and hot tub.
They also loved the Disney stuffed animals that were set up in their bedroom when we first arrived.

I loved having a washer, dryer and full kitchen.

We will definitely contact Richie when we are ready to start planning our next trip to Disney!

Perfect Family Disney Stay

We had a great stay at this property!
The location couldn't be more perfect for a Disney trip.

Not only was this condo super close to the parks,
it was also perfectly situated to take advantage of the amenities.

We loved our pool days and even watched a movie in the resort theater.

It was convenient having a fully stocked kitchen, and the large dining table was great for sharing meals and playing games after the kids were in bed.

The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels.

The washer and dryer for keeping up with laundry makes the return home much easier too.

Overall, we loved our trip and would absolutely return to stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay in Central FL

Windsor Hills was fantastic, as was Richie the owner.
Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

The pool is great, as was their arcade/gym.  So close to Disney as well.

Can't say enough how much a home run this condo was.
If you're vacationing in Central FL this is the place to go.

Best condo ever

This is the best place to stay.

Richie is the best in communication with you,
answers quick, the condo is so beautiful.

Richie has the best view for the sunrise and sunset, the water park is amazing.

My son didn’t wanna leave the water slides.

It’s so clean and organized, we stayed for a week and let me tell you we enjoyed every second of it!

Everything is so close by.

Magic Kingdom is literally 15 min away!

Just book it! You won’t regret it!
I loved it.

My family is already looking forward to staying at Richies condo again 🙂

Beautiful condo

I loved everything about my experience renting this condo
and including our entire stay and check out process.
The location was perfect.

The property was lovely. The space is large. With high ceilings.
The pool and water park were very enjoyable.

We were able to just take one of our vacation days
and be at the condo and still have plenty to entertain us.

The property owner/manager was great at communication
and giving helpful tips for our stay.

Their hospitality was very much appreciated.

Great Condo & Great Location

This condo is great for families who want a central location
to many attractions and close to Disney World
for those early mornings and late nights.

The resort and pool are clean and perfect for the off days to relax.

One of our BEST stay experiences in Florida, by far!

The condo had VERY comfortable beds,

Fantastic Disney location

We could not have been happier with this property.
It was everything it said it would be.
The pool was fantastic, the location is 10-20 min from all Disney locations.

It is just down the street from a Walmart and tons of restaurants,
the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with pots, eating utensils and plates and those kinds of things.

We will definitely be looking to work with this renter again!

Excellent condo in a great location

This was a comfortable, well-equipped condo
that provided easy access to a nice pool and splash area.

The location was safe and secure and very convenient for visits to the Disney Parks and other Orlando attractions.

Richie was very responsive and flexible and a pleasure to work with.

Little bonuses like a baby high chair, pack and play, umbrella stroller, and basket full of stuffed animals.

It made it easy to be away from home with our three little children.

Great Condo

We’ve stayed in several condos and townhomes in Windsor Hills
and this is the nicest.

Everything is new and well taken care of, and it has everything you could need.

The pool is terrific, especially during the winter because it’s well-heated.

Richie is great to work with.
He’s super responsive and has everything very well organized.

Best We’ve Stayed At In Windsor Hills

We have stayed in five different properties — a mix of condos and town homes — in Windsor Hills and this was the best property yet.

Everything is new and fresh, and it has some of the best amenities we have seen in a VRBO rental anywhere.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had new appliances and everything you could need,
and a full-size washer and dryer were great.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this condo for a week while we visited Disney,
and we had such a wonderful experience!

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked
with everything we could possibly need, including nice new pool towels.

Our kids were delighted by all the stuffed animals
and mickey-themed bathroom.

There is a brand new splash pad next to the pool

Awesome condo

This condo is awesome.
Ritchie the owner was so kind and helpful during our stay.

His condo has all the up to date appliances, bedding, pillow top mattress, bath towels.

Thanks for the short cuts to all the parks, it only took about a 5 to 10 min drive.

We had a super stay at Richie's Pool View Condo
and would recommend it to others for sure.

The online description and pictures were accurate
and the location of the Windsor Hills resort is very convenient
for travel to/from Orlando area theme parks.

Richie is an impressive host - clearly interested in making sure that our experience was a good one and answering any questions right away.

Amazing Place!!

Fantastic room, resort and owner was a pleasure to work with!

The pictures represent exactly what we expected and more.

The Disney parks are no more than a 5-10 drive away.

We even spent a day staying at the resort and there's a great game room, theater and snack bar with sandwiches, snacks and beer/wine for the adults!

We also had a mishap with leaving items at the condo.

We checked out
and they quickly contacted us within 30 minutes of us leaving the property.

And worked with us retrieving our items - thank you!!

We'll definitely be coming back the next time we come to Disney and recommend it to everyone.
